See calendar for more details! ****REMINDER**** SUMMER CAMP The final date for paying summer camp fees is May 29th. Please get your payments in on time, because we have a $2,400 bill to pay by June 13th! A summer camp packing list is available on our Forms and Links Page. Remember every boy will need a physical and Part C of the Health Forms complete by the day we leave for Summer Camp. Please schedule that now, so we are ready to leave on time. Your boy will not be able to go if Part C is not complete. New Health Forms are required ANNUALLY for ALL SCOUTS AND ADULTS. See the forms and links page for the current health form. Part A and Part B are needed for everyone participating in a Troop 138 Event. Part C is needed for anyone participating in an event longer than 72 hours or considered a high stress event. See the BSA Health Policy statement on the "Forms / Links" page. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR HEALTH FORM IS CURRENT! We will meet at our regularly
scheduled meeting time unless
the roads are slick or the evening weather forecast
predicts poor
travel conditions. This policy governs even when
school is canceled that
day. All meeting cancellations are posted by 5PM of the meeting night as listed below.
